⚠️ Please read these terms carefully before using the Novlex platform. By registering or investing, you agree to all terms stated below.
1. About Novlex
Novlex is a digital investment platform that allows users to invest funds and earn daily returns over a 30-day period. The platform operates in Nigeria and transactions are conducted in Nigerian Naira (₦).
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
- You must provide accurate personal information during registration.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Investment Plans
- Novlex offers 8 investment tiers (Novlex 1–8) ranging from ₦3,000 to ₦1,000,000.
- All plans run for exactly 30 days from the date of activation.
- Daily earnings must be manually claimed within 24 hours. Unclaimed earnings for a day are forfeited.
- Multiple plans can be active simultaneously.
- Investment funds are deducted from your wallet balance upon activation.
4. Deposits
- Minimum deposit is ₦3,000.
- Deposits are made via bank transfer to our official Kuda account.
- You must upload proof of payment after transferring.
- Deposits are credited after admin verification, typically within a few hours.
- Novlex is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect transfer details or bank issues.
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,500.
- A 10% service charge applies to all withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are only processed Monday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
- You must have at least one active investment plan to withdraw.
- Processing time is within the same business day.
- Novlex reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing during high-volume periods.
6. Referral Program
- Level 1 referral commission: 15% of referred user's investment amount.
- Level 2 referral commission: 3% of investment amount.
- Level 3 referral commission: 2% of investment amount.
- Referral commissions are credited automatically when a referred user activates a plan.
- Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) will result in account suspension.
7. Welcome Bonus
New users receive a ₦200 welcome bonus upon registration. This bonus is credited to the wallet and can be used toward investments.
8. Operating Hours
Investment activations and withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Nigerian time). Deposits can be submitted at any time but are reviewed during operating hours.
9. Account Suspension
Novlex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in:
- Fraudulent activity or fake transactions.
- Multiple account creation.
- Attempting to exploit platform loopholes.
- Providing false personal information.
10. Risk Disclaimer
⚠️ All investments carry risk. Past returns do not guarantee future performance. Only invest what you can afford to lose. Novlex does not guarantee profits in all circumstances.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform. By using Novlex, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described herein.
12. Changes to Terms
Novlex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
